How does Aurelia connect to Instagram?

Through the official Instagram API. You connect a professional Business or Creator account from Accounts, on Instagram’s own sign-in screen. Aurelia never sees your Instagram password, and you can disconnect at any time.

Which formats can I schedule?

Single images (JPEG), carousels of 2–10 images or videos, Reels, and Stories (Stories need a Business account). You can upload JPEG, MP4 or MOV files up to 100 MB each.

Does Aurelia write my posts with AI?

Only if you want it to. The content studio works without AI, organizing your brief into editable drafts from templates. Where AI drafting is available, you can turn it on in your brand profile, and it uses your profile, brief and source caption. Every draft is a preview until you save it, and nothing is scheduled or published from the studio.

What does “Plan my week” actually do?

You tell it how many minutes you have, how many posts you want and which days you post. It looks at your drafts and their preparation estimates and proposes a realistic schedule. Ready posts can be scheduled, and unfinished ones get a planning date and stay as drafts. Nothing changes until you apply the plan.

Can I reply to comments and messages?

Yes. The inbox brings in comments from your latest posts and recent messages once Instagram grants those permissions. Ask for a suggested reply, edit it, and confirm before it’s sent. Instagram only allows direct replies to messages received in the last 24 hours, and nothing is ever sent automatically.

How do outcomes work?

Create a tracking link for a campaign or post and share it. You can count anonymous visits without storing visitor profiles, IP addresses or tracking cookies in your outcome records. Your form or booking service can report inquiries and bookings to Aurelia, and you can record results yourself. Each source is shown separately and isn’t presented as proof of a sale.

Can clients approve posts before they go live?

Yes. Create a private review link under Planning → Client reviews. Reviewers don’t need an account: they can approve a post or request changes to the caption or a single slide. Posts that need approval won’t publish until the current version is approved, and any later edit asks for a fresh review.

What happens if a post cannot be published?

Short errors before sending are retried automatically. If Instagram might have received the post but didn’t confirm it, Aurelia marks it “Attention” and asks you to check Instagram before trying again, so nothing gets posted twice. Today and your alerts also flag unfinished posts that are due soon.

Does changing my timezone move my scheduled posts?

No. Posts keep the moment they were scheduled for. Your timezone only changes how dates are shown and how new times you enter are read.

Is this for teams?

Each Aurelia account is a private, single-person workspace: only you can see your accounts, drafts, media and saved captions. You can bring clients in through private review links, but team seats and paid plans aren’t part of this version.
